Eating help! (Weight loss plateau)?!

Question: Eating help! (Weight loss plateau)?
I've been eating around 700 calories /day without exercising and I lost 4 lbs in 6 days.

I need to be down at least another five pounds but my weight won't budge and I dont know what to do :(
I know my metabolism has slowed from eating so little at a time but I really have no other option since I can't work out.

How can I change my diet so that my metabolism increases and I lose more weight?

Answers:

You need to fool your body every once in a while and triple yor calorie intake. Stay around 700 for 6-7 days and the pig out. Not on cakes, chocolates, sweets but more proteins and some carbs.

You are on the right track I might say by at least identifying that you need to be eating foods that increase your metabolism. A lot of the times people think that exercise and eating smaller portions of food is going to produce the desired results we look for. I was in your same shoes with weight about a year ago and it took me having to research and learn what foods to eat that will promote a high metabolism to burn fat and in a short period of time I started seeing results and I felt a whole lot better about myself.. Not to mention I got a lot more attention from guys... lol but hey that's another story... I recommend you check out this information it really works and it makes sense...

You are eating a dangerously low amount of calories! Not sure how you are functioning with so little energy but I will tell you this is a BAD idea because you are shutting down your metabolism. You need to be eating 1,200 calories a day and exercise whether it is walking or doing a DVD at home.

www.17daydiet.com the book and dvd saved my life, lost over 50 pounds. seriously worth the money

It's not going to happen. You will now begin to gain weight. Nice goin'.
