Question: How can i loose weight on my belly thighs and ***?
im 16 my appearance is not that bad but i am really unhappy with my thighs and bum because they are pretty large my stomach is thin at the top and bumps out a little bit at the bottom i feel like i need to tone up, so what sort of exersise should i do and what diet should i be on?

There is no such thing as "target weightloss",when the body looses weight it does this on the whole body basically decreasing fat from all over the place all at once. That is why it is impossible to say i'm going to loose weight from my bum today.
There are areas of our bodies which are more willing to give up their fat stores than others. In females the hip area is a stubborn area whereas in males the abdominal area seems to be a problem.
You can tone up the muscles in your problem areas by using toning excersises like
laying on your side and lifting your top leg upwards and downwards, dont let the leg lower to the floor. Then rotating to the other side and doing the same for the other leg - this helps your upper thigh area. Try & do 20 x 3 to start off then increase it each time. Your bum could improve by doing squats. Try 10 x 3 to start then increase. Or ride a bike for 30 minutes - this is great for both!! You'll need to do these at least 3 times a week to be worth while.

But the real payoff will be when you burn calories by watching what you eat. The less calorie intake - the more your fat you will burn and with toning exercises you will definately see an improvement fast!
P.S Low calories = no junk food, no coffee, no sugars, low carbs, low dairy. High protein, high fruits & veggies!!

Do some lunges, and interval training when you walk, that'll help reduce the bumps. Everyone carries their weight in different places, and is different body shapes, but you can't spot reduce, you just have to work on moving more.

With regards to diet, make sure you're getting plenty of vegetables, watch how much processed and packaged foods you're eating, and eat some things like low fat low sugar yoghurts so you're still getting calcium and you won't go hungry.

Sugar and fat are the two biggest things, so limit these as much as possible, but keep the protein, fruit and vegetables up.

Well one of the largest myths of losing weight is that you can target specific areas to lose weight in. This is really just a big lie. I recommend that you start doing cardio once a day for 30 minutes. And try some different toning exercises like bike riding or squats.
