I gave this suggestion to a lot of persons, no one seem to take it but I am suggestion it to you anyway.take a couple tbsp apple cider vinegar before each meal. that will keep the callories off and allow you to lose weight.



The only way to lose fat is to burn it away through exercise. The food we eat is burned by the body for energy. If we eat too much, or get too little exercise, the food is not burned. It is stored by the body as fat for future use.

For every 1 lb of fat you want to lose, you must burn away 3500 calories. A calorie is simply a way to measure the energy the body uses. If you have one pound of fat on your belly, your body stored 3500 calories worth of energy in the form of fat. If you have 10 lbs of fat on your belly, your body stored 35,000 calories of energy in the form of fat.

If you want to lose one pound of fat you must burn 3500 calories more than you ate.

You may not be athletic. You may suck a sports but that is OK. You do not need to play hockey to burn calories. Can you walk?

You can go outside and walk in your neighborhood or public park. No one needs to know what you are doing so they won't laugh. Just walk. Walk briskly, not slowly.

Continue to walk every day after school. The fat will burn off slowly as you burn more calories than you consume as food. After some time, you will begin to get slimmer.
