if i run long distance will i loose weight and not gain muscle ? i do not want m!

Question: If i run long distance will i loose weight and not gain muscle ? i do not want muscle, i have too much of that?
i iam 5'6 i weigh 69kg, i want to loose 15kg. i would describe my body weight as muscular, i have big boobs, a weird tummy, it can look fat and can look skinny and my thighs are chunky and my shins too.my arms are big too. i have been trying to loose weight forever. I am on a diet, i have fruits for breakfast and for lunch and dinner i have salad with tuna or chicken..
i want to start running the cross country course at my school every night, maybe once or twice.
but i am worried that i will gain muscle and i refuse to gain muscle. i don't want that, can you recommend excerise that i can do that wont make me gain muscle too much?

Answers:

Running will definately get you more muscle mass. Try jumping rope or hula hooping. They burn fat without toning too much. You will tone some no matter what excercises you do.

Sounds like your tummy is experiencing bloating if it can become fat or slim. This indicates that you may be eating things that don't go together, and a sports dietitian may be the one to see.... I take a drink of apple cider vinegar in hot water and with a tea spoon of honey in it...it helps to balance the ph in your blood which we all need to do...
