Question: Advice for binge eating disorder!?
I have binge eating disorder! I'm a 15 year old girl! And I need help! I snack so much and I just can't control myself! I've been trying to loose weight and I started off doing great and actually lost 15lbs! (I weigh 140 now & I'm 5'9) But lately I've done so horrible. I need some serious help & advice! I workout alot too, trying to make up for all that I eat!

In fact you're on the lighter end of the scale for your height. The different things you can try is hiding the snacks or having someone in your family hide them and maybe give you one or 2 a day. Try getting healthy snacks too, especially fruit, tis so yummy :)

I'm struggling with kind of the same thing. I'm trying to lose a few more pounds before the summer. I found a good snack replacement for me is crushed ice. My mom bought a snow cone maker and I just make snow cones without the syrup, that way I have something to munch on that lasts a while and I get more water (considering i probably don't drink 7+ glasses a day like you're supposed to)!!!

I think anything that is healthy and can last a while would make a good snack. If you have an issue similar to me, it's wanting to snack on something while doing something else and healthy snacks don't seem to last as long as unhealthy ones (ex. cheetoes vs. a banana, cheetoes last waaay longer). So you could try things like mandarin oranges or apples slices or something and just make thin slices of fruit so it feels like you're eating more and it lasts longer.

hi, I've been having this bad eating trouble for so long that it seemed hopeless. I used to buy all types of products. Till I found this site, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt good. After going through that initial stage, which was so uplifting, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. You seem like you're probably at either a good weight, or maybe a little underweight right now. If you want to try to eat less, try eating little snacks every 2 hours. It will make you eat less, and it will keep your metabolism going throughout the day.



Bingeing and purging is very dangerous. It can ruin the enamel on your teeth, and can destroy the lining of your esophogus. Snack on fruits and vegetables. I know a lot of people saw that, but it can really help. You can snack on alot of those.
