Am I eating enough ? :)?!

Question: Am I eating enough ? :)?
I'm 14, 49.5 kg's, 165 cm tall.

So far I've eaten:
A mandarin
A cup of chai tea with a bit of milk and sugar
A muesli bar (about 50g)
A cup of Milo (30g in 150mL of low fat milk)
And a small apple.

It's 6:30PM now, and I'm about to have one taco with chicken, taco sauce and a few vegetables although I'm not hungry.

Is this enough food ?

I walk about 30-50 minutes a day & walk around all lunch time (about 45 min)

Answers:

If you want to stay at the weight you are, take in about 2000 calories a day.
If you want to loose some weight, take in about 1600.
If you want to loose extreme weight, take in about 1200.

Your BMI is 18. Anything under 19 is underweight. For a girl of your height, you should be at least 120.

Read the nutrition label and keep a food diary. Keep track of your calories and make sure your getting at least 2000 or more.

Definitely not, at 14, you're still growing so you need to get proper nutrition. At the moment, you're not getting enough vegetables, protein and important carbs into your diet. This is the stage at which you need to focus on nutrients as opposed to calories.

You definitely don't need to loose weight, so focus on eating a well balanced diet. All this is essential for proper growth and development. You don't want to have to pay later on in life.

no. it is not. you need to at least double your intake of food. There are all sorts of calorie counter websites out there to help you regulate your calorie intake. Despite anyone's size, they need AT LEAST 1200 calories a day so their bodies don't go into starvation mode. You will actually gain weight if your body goes into starvation mode because any little food it gets, it will store the fat and kind of "save it". To give you an idea where i'm coming from.. I'm 30, 51 kg and 165cm tall and I eat 3 times more than you.

What you just listed...it's all healthy foods (which means you are on the right track) but you are probably only getting about 800 calories. This is dangerous...especially since you are so young. you are still growing too! be healthy! take care of your body! it's the only one you get.
