Slow down! Not a good idea to go fast. Are you catching a bus or train after? You have plenty of stamina but you'll soon burn it out with excessive exuberance and quickly lose interest.
Nice and steady is the game, and you'll become very fit and full of running in no time.
That's the problem with getting fit and doing the exercises in the gym, if you over do it in the beginning then the motivation soon leaves you.
You'll enjoy all the more with a regular routine and at a pace that suits and is manageable.
