How can u loose weight fast like a skinny body like other girls ....like I heard if u make yourself throw up u could loose weight but u could get sick....

A very hard workout, heavy sweating, heavy, rapid breathing for 1 hour, you would burn 1000 calories. there are 3,500 calories in 1 pound of fat. It's going to be a rough road with little reward if you try to do it with exercise alone.
Your best bet is to continue the workouts, It doesn't matter which exercise you do so long as you are sweating and breathing heavy) and combine that with life changing food choices, Not diet, they are temporary and you gain the weight back when you quit. A good workout schedule would be
Mon upper body muscle groups (1 Hr)
Tues Lower body groups (1 Hr)
Wed Off,
Thur upper body 1 hour
Fri lower body (1 Hour)
Sat Cardio, (Bike, Treadmill, Elliptical, stair climber.) (1 hour)
Sun Day off



First of all, I have to ask how old you are...based upon the phrasing of your question, I'm guessing Jr. High or High school. If that is the case, the best thing you can do is eat healthy...you don't have to cut out all junk food, just maybe cut back. You have to know that as an adolescent, your body has sooo many changes yet to go through. I didn't become the weight I wanted to be until I was in the 10th grade, and even then, it was a struggle to know that I wouldn't be a skinny mini. I was anorexic and bulimic when I was younger and the smallest I got was a size 7. DO NOT throw up after eating food and DO NOT stop eating. If you truly want to lose weight in a healthy manner, just watch what you eat, and maybe add a little activity to your weekly routine.

Our weight is just an equation. If you want to lose weight and stay healthy the amount of "Energy" you eat must be just a little less than the amount of energy you spend. So in order to lose just walk every evening for about 1 hour and then add up what you have eaten that day so you know how fast your metabolism is. Everyone is different. There are lots of Calorie charts everywhere . So just make the equation to equal how much weight you want to lose. There are lots of fun activities to do with friends instead of eating all the time. Keep track of your weight by getting on the scale once a week. If you lose keep it up .. if you gain just increase your exercise.
