How often do I work my muscles to lose weight?!

Question: How often do I work my muscles to lose weight?
If Im trying to lose fat in my stomach, with cardio & a healthy diet, how often do I need to do ab workouts? & Is it possible with hard cardio work & a healthy diet to only do ab training a couple times a week?

Answers:

Don't get obsessed with abs if you want a good-looking stomach. You can't reduce fat in only one spot. Fat loss comes from all over your body. Think about it like this: your muscles are the cooks and all the fat in your body is the refrigerator. The cooks will all take the ingredients from the same fridge. Your abdominal muscles take the energy from converted fat from your blood. Your blood takes the energy from fat from adipose tissue all over the body.

1. You exercise. Muscles say "I need energy" and release a hormone into the bloodstream.
2. Adipose tissue (fat) all over the body picks up the signal and says "I got you homie" and releases fat into the blood stream.
3. The liver and pancreas convert the fat released by adipose tissue into glucose and release it into the bloodstream.
4. The muscles get the extra glucose from the bloodstream and you get a rockin beach bod.

High intensity interval cardio combined with weight training is the best weigh to lose weight. If you can only do one strength/non-cardio exercise, do squats. They work the most muscles and will help you lose the most weight.

hi there, I did have this same problem for a long time. I used to buy all types of products. Till I stumpled upon these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt great. After losing that first bit of weight, which was great for my confidence, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I can't believe I hadn't try this sooner.
