I want to lose belly fat, can you please give me a list of what to eat and not t!

Question: I want to lose belly fat, can you please give me a list of what to eat and not to eat?
Answers:

Sorry diets only help in a temporary sense you need to have regular exercise (and if you want to take out belly fat focus on exercises that concentrate on the belly), just do 20 min for like 3 times a week

but if you want a general list: Fast food, fatty foods...use vegetable oil instead of the other types (has more unsaturated fats (which is much better than saturated)), you can indulge when ever you like...just in moderation...or then you may get cravings, lose to temptation and lose all the hard word you have achieved =)

What ever you do DON'T starve yourself or limit your body in the essential stuff or your body will think there's a lack food so it stores it into fats...which is what you don't want

GL=)

do not go on a strict diet.... never ever miss ur breakfast because if u do ur body wil think that u are starving and it will save ur fat instead of losing it. try and eat a lot of cabbage because cabbage cuts fat. it reduces fat.. (actually the amount of fat produced by eating cabbage is less than the energy required by us to digest it so technically it cuts fat.) Determine your daily caloric intake. Set an achievable goal for your weight reduction. If the aim is not practical then you will easily get disheartened and stop following your regimen.you can lose weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn.make sure to get plenty of fluids you can start visibly trimming down in as little as a day.the more you exercise, the more water you'll need.Drink one glass of water before your meal; it will help digestion and also to get the sensation of fullness in your stomach that will keep you from overeating.eating slowly, will allow you to stop eating when you are satisfied, not when you already ate too much (If you eat too fast you can get full, even bloated but still be hungry) .

Bake your food, avoid anything fried. Also, buy all your products fat free, wheat bread, 0 calorie, etc. However, with all of that said...you still need to exercise. Aerobics especially (treadmill and elliptical).

you need to eat more tuna, salmon, chicken breast, lentels,eggs, whole wheat bread,brown bread... nuts

avoid white flour foods, french fries, chips. donuts, sugared cereals.... excess pasta

once a week u can eat what u want....

I hear jogging is good for toning the whole body, I justwish I could do it, eat healthy and work out, I do 50 - 100 sit ups / lunges every night :)

just starve yourself and have a glass of orange juice and a piece of bread a day or something(:

its all about low calories and low fat...dont for get to do sit ups every once in a while (just an advice)
