treating yourself whether you buy a new dress or DVD or even a day out or an experience you don't usually do like paintballing or something.
try not to treat food as a reward, if you'd usually go for a meal as a celebration you can still go out just take the focus off eating like go cinema or bowling.
Have some of your friends over and watch a good movie.
This way you can spend some quality time with your friends & it wont cost any money.
OH BTW 10 pounds in the first week is ok, the first 5 to 7 pounds is fluid.
Then you start losing body fat.
Dont try losing it too quick. A good weight loss per week 3 to 5 pounds per week.
