You can't lose fat from specific parts of your body, you can only reduce your overall body fat. The best way to do this is with a low calorie diet and intensive cardio workouts. Long slow walks on the tread mill or reading a magazine on the gyms cycling machine just wont cut it. you need hard, intensive shorter workouts



It would tone your stomach, but i find doing the plank much more effective for a flat and toned stomach. Below shows you how to do the plank. :)

every sport will help you to lose fat if you don't overdo it. if you are practicing too much your blood gets sour and your last stores of energy will be affected and not your fat.



yea people told me to do a lot of sit ups so i can lose belly fat and running helps you lose belly fat.
