low fat mozzarella cheese
whole wheat bread
chicken breasts
chicken legs
whole wheat spaghetti/macaroni/pasta
beef meat
chicken leg

If you want to lose belly fat fast it is simple and maybe a little grooling at first, you can eat however much you like of the following for a week straight and you will notice the difference:
Plain low fat yoghurt
Steak (no sauce)
Lean white fish (lots of it)
Chicken breast (no other part of the chicken as breast is the leanest)
Oat Bran (similar to porridge sprinkle some on a low fat healthy cereal)
Skim milk.

You cut out all the sugar in your diet.
No salads and no veges.
No fruit.
No sauces on meat (herbs and spices are ok)

Hope this helps i lost my weight really rapidly and it stays off :)

skip the spaghetti and marconi pasta
also avoid excess whole wheat wraps.... dont eat alot of them
go easy on the cheese



leave the cheese...but in any case: it doesn't depend on what you eat but on how much ;)
even 'low fat' or 'light' cheese is full of calories ;)

chicken legs
cheese
chicken breasts
