Question: I am weight lifting and trying to ad calories as I want to gain 15 pounds this year. Any suggestions?
I'm eating more. I use protein powder twice per day. I just bought some Twin Lab Amino Fuel. What else? I weigh 129 and would look just find at about 145 which is what I should weigh in the first place.

Keep on weight lifting and just follow this rule: Eat more calories than you burn off. This doesn't mean eat unhealthy foods, just eat more healthy foods. I suggest eating peas. These are a wonder food, they are packed with protein, vitamins, and fiber! Keep on using protein powder, protein makes muscle! Good luck, best answer please!
