Question: Will i lose weight this way ? if i do, how much **10 points** (im 12)?
im a 12 yr old girl ! i am 142lbs, 5'3 , annnd wanna get to 110-115 lbs !
so i would like to lose 1-2lbs a week (healthy) i will be patient and do this slowly. but i want to about 20-30lbs before next year school starts! so thats aboutt..4 months. can i do this ? and i cant go to gym! or no products!

excersize:
when i get home from school(2:20) walk around the neighborhood until theres a dead end, then run back. that should be about 30 mins -1hr.
if its raining ill dance in my room, do situps,crunches,yoga,etc.. <---for about an hour

food:
ill just eat when im hungry,stop when im full. use food as fuel not just a pleaure. and eat slowly and no junkfood,cokes,cookies,chips,etc.. ill have a little treat every saturday or sunday or friday night. my moms friend comes over and he cooks cheeseburgers,cookies,etc. so ill have that just once a week for dinner!

First, yes you'd lose weight. :D Second, well, 4 months = 16 weeks, and if you lose 1-2 pounds a week, then you could lose 16-32 pounds, so you could get down to 110-126 pounds. :)
