Feeling tired after i come home from school?!

Question: Feeling tired after i come home from school?
Hi, im a guy, turning 18 soon this summer. And i am in education at the time - i use 4 hours everyday at transportation, where i get up 5:45 every morning, get ready and ride my bike at 6:20, which i ride for about 4-5 km i think for each way. Then i sit in a bus for 1 hour, from 6:40 to 7:40 to school. I normally sleep at 10 to 11 o clock at nights, sometimes at before 12. almost 6 hours of sleep aint that good.

I go to the gym 3 days a week, normally after school, and have a quite buffed body. I dont know if this affects why i am always tired. I often come at home 6 o clock at the evening, after 6 hours from school, and 2 hours of training at the gym, then i have to ride my bike for 15 minutes for the 4-5 km, and driving with the bus back home ofc.
And then i feel really really tired, and sometimes take a nap for an hour, but it doesnt help that much. Sometimes i cant concentrate doing homework, i havent done any because of my tiredness.

I dont take vitamins or any pills, I only eat a couple of bread at school, and a little food when i come home. I dont think the food i eat normally have a high contents of energy in it.

Maybe it has something to do with my hours of sleep? Or my body cant take the long hours of being up? In need of vitamins for energy boosts? I dont know, but i would be glad if someone out there could help me what i am dealing with

Cheers! Dennis

Answers:

WHOA. You should be exhausted! A change needs to happen. Your priority is school and if you are too tired to study you will not get good grades. It doesnt do good to spend time at the gym when your body is not getting enough good nutrition through diet. You need a balanced diet of healthy foods( protein, carbs , vegetables, fruits AND fat- for your age and growing) So start with sleep: go to bed at 9 30. Then plan a nutritious diet . Skip the gym for a while as it is taking its toll on your energy.( you can resume later) Spend more time on eating well and studying. You are wise to not take pills or vitamins as they are not absorbed as well as the vitamins within the food you eat. I admire your ambition and know you will be successful if you only make a few changes now

you must eat more nutritious food with more energy. I tried eating bread for a while and it honestly left me feeling dizzy and foggy headed.
