Question: How long will it take me to lose a stone? if i ate 400 Calories?
I normaly do the cycle, which is binge abd purge. my purge intakes 700-800 calories, but recent ive been bingeing like crazy! i consume around 4000 calories in each binge, none of it is healthy! I need to lose weight ASAP! I cannot go back to eating 1000 calories a day ive tried i just puke! and gain weight! :S . SO i was thinking what if i eat 400 calories a day, get my ideal weight then slowly increase my food. will this work? and how long will it take to lose a stone doing so (on 400 calories a day that is) . Please no nasty remarks only honest answers! (on 700-800 Calories i could notice a difference in two days! :O )

I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job. Eat healthy and exercise..if you sit around eating next to nothing your body will just clam up and hold onto fat as much as it can for survival.
If you eat regular HEALTHY meals (I mean balanced meals including some good fats/oils) and exercise plenty then your metabolism will speed up and burn through calories a lot faster than it will when starved.
