Does cardio in hot weather make you lose more fat?!

Question: Does cardio in hot weather make you lose more fat?
I'm wondering because it's so exhausting! Thanks for looking

Answers:

Yes.
A higher body temperature is associated with weight loss.
Also, it forces your body to work a bit harder because it needs to cools itself down.
You lose water weight as well.

It just makes you lose more water, and dehydration hinders performance. Cold weather makes you expend more calories to try to keep the body warm. At around -14 degrees F, your metabolic rate doubles. That's why you tend to eat more during the winter.

A calorie is a unit of measurement for energy. 100 calories is the energy required to increase the temperature of 1 liter of water by 100 degrees Celsius, or 100 liters of water by 1 degree Celsius.

Sort of... Exercise in hot weather forces your body to expell more water weight to cool itself down.... That process forces your body to burn extra calories but most of your calories are being burned by the initial exercise. Keep up the good work! I live in AZ and run everyday out in the heat and im getting RIPPED!
