Question: How to get a tight bottom and thighs without making it bigger?
I'm a girl, 16 and I have a fairly fit body and a big bottom, but it is kind of loose and has stretch marks from growing. I'm 5'2 and about 120 pounds... so a little on the bigger side for someone my height but I have a lot of muscles.. My booty looks kind of out of proportion to the rest of my body but anyway, it's all natural but kind of loose as well as my thighs. Do you know how I can tighten and tone these things without making them much bigger? Any kind of workout is fine, home or gym.

Hi!
I know your problem, but you don't need to workout. You just store your fat in your battootie and thighs. You have to first drop 10-15 lbsand you will see it shrink. As for exercises cardio would be the best. Avoid squats and any other exercises to tone your bottom because it will just make the muscle bigger.
