How does someone lose weight if they have an over eating problem?!


Question: How does someone lose weight if they have an over eating problem?
And are lazy?

Answers:

First, identify the problem(s). I think admitting that there is an issue with over-eating and under-exercising (being lazy) is good.

Second, create a goal. If you are either five or fifty+ pounds over weight. You must start somewhere and ALSO understand that the weight will NOT melt away overnight.

Third, make some changes. IF you are going to overeat if anything, eat MORE things such as carrot sticks, celery... etc... things that are healthy for you. I'm in no way saying that you should stuff your face with veggies all day, but if you are going to snack... eat foods that will actually do something for your body.

Do remember, though, eating too much of ANYTHING is not good for you.

Helpful tip: Before you eat, go take a stroll around the block. 10-15 mins! Nothing major. During this time, you can think about if you REALLY are hungry, or if you're just plain bored.

Changing eating habits and adding in a tiny bit of exercise is key.

It was so really hard for me to lose all that weight. I have tried so many products but they always left me disappointed. South beach diet allows you to eat all the protions you want as long as you don't eat carbs or sugar, that includes fruits.
So go for all the meat, protein and vegetables you want, try to stick with low fat will give you an extra! try it, it's really great!

The only thing that person has to do is to be cheap. Do not buy expensive food, only fruit. Do not waste money on transportation, just run or walk to where you have to go.

Yes. A person must exercise their mind with some self discipline, or there is nothing anyone can do for that person. It starts with that person being serious about that.

You can't loose weight if you lazy, sorry but it just can not be done.
