How does it sound? By the way ill be doing intervals on the treadmill.

Answers:

you could lose 40 pounds in 3 months that is definetely possible. I lost 30lbs in less than 2 months. Dedication and diet is key. your 5 foot 2. Yea 1200 calories a day sounds about right. 6 days a week sounds like too much youll get burned out. I would do 5 days a week.

Your body needs rest. But ask yourself do you know how to read labels on food. Yes if you follow your plan but do it 5 days a week i see you succeeding, thats all i was working out and i lost 30 lbs in 2 months. Also make sure your sleeping 8 hours a day. People who do not sleep enough gain wieght. I was 250 lbs February 13th, today im 217lbs. I lift weights 5 days a week and run 40 minutes a day four days a week and i watch what i eat.

If you really want to do this you can...but Im curious why only a trip to europe has motivated you to do this. And once youre in Europe you cant stop your exercise plan the wieght will come back. If living healthy and exercising is not part of your daily routine, your more likely to fail. 5 days a week should be enough.

If you are really serious about losing fat, and you absolutely should be, then you have to learn how your body works.

You have to regulate your blood glucose/insulin levels. That means your diet must be based on low carbs. If you can't keep the weight off, it is most likely because the foods you eat cause insulin surges in your bloodstream, which causes hypoglycemia and prevents fat burn for energy. The consequence is that you crave more carbs, even after large meals.

Eat frequently. Every 2-3 hours. By feeling hungry when you eat not only will you eat too much, but your body will also store more food as fat!
