Should I take fat burning pills or calorie burning pills?!

Question: Should I take fat burning pills or calorie burning pills?
I've been exercising everyday. Jogging/walking 3+ miles daily as well as strength training daily.
I started off at 5'0 weighing 180lbs and am now down to 155lbs.
I also eat EXTREMELY healthy. I am very dedicated to my weight loss.

I want to continue the "natural" way. But I'm really impatient and summer is right around the corner. Should I take weight loss pills? And if so, which ones would you recommend.

Answers:

NO NO NO!!! dont take diet pills most of the time they dont work and the added stress and hormones in them can even sometimes cause you to gain weight, calore burning pills have the same effect most of the time they cause people heart problems, heath problems and even to gain the weight back on, my advice is to just keep on doing what your doing, it seems to be working and 155 isnt that heavy i wouldnt give up and take diet pills with so little weight to go.

I think you can continue the natural way and use natural weight loss pills, I'm also sharing the same thoughts as you regarding to the pills but I read that even the natural diet pills can cause stomach upsets, diarrhea, and nausea, but many people experience no side effects at all.

I don't know what to say, I guess we should find a good diet instead...

I know this isn't the kind of answer you're looking for, but don't take pills! There are so many side effects, from oily diarrhea to bad breath... Summer's in like, June so you have 2 months left to lose weight. That's enough - what I recommend is cutting down on carbs. It helps a lot.

Drink green tea and do the Fat X Program from http://www.FatX101.com. In less than a month i've lost 15 lbs, and 2 inches from my waist. I've lost a lot of fat, I'm way more toned and I can see my six pack forming. The workout videos are free which is really cool. Give it a go.

Don't take either. Those pills are almost always a scam. The only one that might work is Alli which is only because it is FDA approved.

seems like you have been successful the "natural way" i wouldnt reccommend taking pills.
