CORE: warm up 25 jumping jacks, run in place 1 min, 25 jumping jacks. Stretch. 50 crunches. 25 V sit crunches. Plank 3 min. 25 abb twist. Stretch.
REPEAT x3
ARM STRENGTH: warm up 25 jumping jacks. Run in place for 1 min. 25 jumping jacks. Stretch. 25 bicep curls. 25 tricep extensions. 25 pushups. 25 rows.

LEG STRENGTH: warm up 25 jumping jacks, run in place 1 minute, 25 jumping jacks, stretch. 25 calf raises, 25 squats. Wall sit 3 minutes. 15 seconds super mans (repeat 4 times) 30 lunges. Bicycle 5 minutes. Stretch.

No! But Suggest running and playing outside with friends working out at the gym with a parent! It helps when you go with someone to keep you motivated
YES! for you to do this everyday is a lot. if you switch these off it would be a lot better. Way to much. Enjoy exercise more like riding bikes with friends, swimming with friends, playing a sport outside with friends? Hope this helped
Or you could just go outside and play like the normal kids
