Is this too much food for a person who wants to lose weight?!

Question: Is this too much food for a person who wants to lose weight?
I weigh 53.2kgs and my height is 166cm,
I am 19 years old and Im a female, if all that matters.
I exercised today at the gym for 35minutes( its the 35 minute workout at curves)
and I brisk walked for about 2 hours.
Today for breakfast I had an apple
then as a snack after like 2 hours I had a granola bar(190 calories)
Then I ate like 3 sugar-coated almonds(16 calories each)
Then after like 3 hours I ate a pomelo(type of grapfruit) (about 80 calories)
Then as dinner at 7 pm , I ate 2 skinless medium sized chicken breasts with soy sauce (no idea how many calories, does anyone know?)

and thats it, I stop eating after 7 pm.
was eating the granola bar and 3 sugar coated almonds bad?

My goal is 50 kgs.

Answers:

no!! it's good! but try em.g natural almonds wihtout anything covering them.
and the skinless chicken breasts are like around 230 calories.

here are some good snack substitutes:
-fruits/vegetalbes
-low-fat yogurt
-skim milk
-bran cereal
-fruit juice
-green tea

You don't appear to be eating enough and certainly not five portions of fruit or vegetables as you should. Curves should be able to help with dietary advice. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Ideally you should start your day with the largest meal, then taper it down from there. Also get more vegetables into you. You need the vitamins to help you function
