Question: Is this alot of food to eat in a day?
yesterday i had

cheesy pasta
coke
and grapes

is that enough? is it too much? im on a diet
im 5ft4 and 7 stone..

You look relatively young. You sound relatively young. I'm heavier than 7 stone and around 5ft4 and I'm not fat. It's perfectly natural to be that weight when you're a teenager. I'm assuming your a teenager anyway. That's much too young to be dieting. You need fat on you to grow or you'll end up being much too thin/underweight etc. Don't be someone who thinks it's perfectly okay to diet and eat practically nothing because they've got a little puppy fat on them. Having no fat isn't healthy. What you ate yesterday was NOT enough. I thought that'd be pretty obvious? Also, if you were trying to diet you'd be doing yourself no favours. Dieting isn't just about cutting down on food yet eating junk, it's about eating healthily and exercising a little. Some grapes doesn't make that healthy. If you want to get a flat stomach or tone your body I suggest light exercises at home for 15 minutes. :) Just don't over-work yourself. You'll end up ooking tired and anorexic.

try eating more, but more healthy foods
i dont think you need to be on a diet 7 stone is a fine weight
im 5ft6 and weigh 8 stone i am on a diet to try and get down to 7 stone lol so to me your weight is perfect! just try eating more variety and healthier foods



seems good pasta is filling and fruit is good i like pineapples yum

About 5 times in 1 day and I'm 15 and weigh 8.4 stone!



omg you need to start eating before you get seriously ill and why you are on a diet you must be skinny as it is
