is it bad that i do exersise every day?!


Question: Is it bad that i do exersise every day?
I'm 14 years and i do exersise every day i started last week i do a warm up i do the Exercises properly??
i'm kind of week so i want to stenghten my body i started from easy ones and i'm going up so technicly the exersise it self cant do nothing bad. But i'm asking am i doing it too often??

Nope, it is GREAT. As long as you are also eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, then you're doing something very beneficial for your body. Keep it up! :)



it's not bad per se but might not fit your purpose: you want to gain or lose weight? how is your weight right now? what exercises are you doing?
