Question: How to lose the lower body fast without running on a treadmill or any equitment ?
I NEED HELP JUST LIKE EXERCISES I CAN DO BY MYSELF IN MY ROOM

Answers:

One of the easiest ways to fit in exercises during the time ur getting ready for bed is: do a wall sit for 2min while brushing ur teeth, calf raises/squats in the shower, and leg lifts or practically any other exercise anytime
You can google "lower body exercises" to find some you could do in your room

I do the exact same thing everyday and im only 14 :)
