I weigh 154 pounds and I REALLY want to get to 115?!

Question: I weigh 154 pounds and I REALLY want to get to 115?
My height is 5'5, I really don't care is 115 is unhealthy, I just want some useful advice on how to acheive this.
I know at my weight that it is hard to lose extra, but I am planning on doing aerobics and cardio, can you reccomend me some videos on the internet I could watch, and other sources.
Also, my biggest downfall in healthy living and dieting, and exercising and all that stif, is the fact that I have no clue what to eat, so can you reccomend me some recipes and stuff yeah, I'm 15, so it can be rigourous.
Alsooooooooooo, should I do the cardio exercises every day? Because I did a lot of exercise one time in one day, and it turned out that I overworked my muscles because I had bad cramp in them all night, and I don't want that to happen again.

yes do cardio everyday if you want to be a person who does cardio everyday. FYI, a person who runs everyday are NEVER fat. You don't have to run everyday to not be fat, but doing so will guaranteed it.

30 mins cardio minimum

your bad cramps will last 1 week. It will go away... 2 weeks latest. After 15 years of muscle atrophy from the basic lazy routine of American society... your muscles are now ready to live. You can finally use them and it won't hurt. You didn't "overworked" your muscles before. You just have been under working them all your life.

eat real food 6 times a day

if it came from a factory, don't put it in your mouth.

Well a true fact is it is easier for guys to lose weight faster then woman but if you just eat healthy and not to much fried stuff like fried chicken, porkchops ,steak and stick to heathier meals like seafood or fish or shake and bake its easier and remeber to excersise or job every morning because the minute you start getting lazy so does your weigh hope this help thank you Bye:)

Do at least 10 minutes of cardio everyday.
Drink water as much as u can.
Don't eat after 8 pm
Stop eating junk food.
Don't over eat. (get stuffed)
Avoid fast food. (MacDonald, Burger King, Taco-Bell..)
Hope this helps. Good Luck

hello, I had an overweight situation for ages that it was hopeless. I used to take all kinds of pills. Until I found this website by accident, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I saw results after 2 weeks, but I was starting to love it. After dropping that initial weight, which was such a confident booster, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I feel great!. This is where I found the information: http://proloseweighttools.tk
