Question: I need to get fit and lose weight! Suggestions please?!?
Im 16, about 5"2ish, curvy size 12 and recently put on bit of weight which you can tell with clothes and looking etc which is just making me feel a bit rubbish! How shall i slim down a bit, any tips of getting and feeling healthy quickly which would be suitable for me? Also want to tone up for my holiday in a couple of months. Thank you - please help :-) x

Short, sweet, and to the point here u go:

1) Burn some calories!
- Jumprope is a highly efficient way to lose calories
- Run, Jog, even walking!
- Clapping works too
2) Healthy dieting
-Drink 6 to 9 glasses of water daily, The more water the better (Water gets rid of fat and flushes out toxins from yoru body)
- Eat atleast 3 servings of fruits daily
- Eat atleast 2 servings of green leafy vegetables daily
- Take a multivitamin
-Drink Fresh juice
-Cut down on sugars
3) Toning up
- Calf Lifts
- Situps and pushups and crunches etc.
- Stretching twice a day atleast (Also improves circulation so you reduce the chance of stroke)
- Still keep drinking water


here is a quick plan that may help you:

Every morning when you wake up and every night before you sleep:
50 Jumping Jacks
Stretch from your head to your toe
Jumprope for 3 minutes
Jog in place for 3 minutes

Stretch
And fitting it in your daily schuedule wouldnt hurt either :)

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job. Don't starve just eat healthy foods and make you burn more calories then you eat and it will be easy! If you are a chocolate fan or like sweets eat something that's healthy like a chocolate granola bar!
