How do I lose muscle mass?!


Question: How do I lose muscle mass?
Are there any exercises to help with this? I have hardly any fat; but my thighs still touch at the top and the large muscle mass makes them look huge. Also; the muscle on my stomach has merged into one massive layer and it looks like I have weight issues. Are there any pills, exercises or diets which I can implement to fix this issue?
P.S. No links to irrelevant websites (or any other type of spam). No crappy comments telling me to "accept myself" - I want to change and no one is going to stop me.

you can make your muscles smaller by doing exercises with lots of reps. Fast twitch muscles are bigger than slow twitch muscles. If you changes your muscles to slow-twitch than they will get smaller. Do exersises that have 80-100 reps in it. Repitition develops slow twitch muscles. Marathon runners have slow twitch muscles.



Exercises to LOSE muscle mass? LOL. Exercise makes you GAIN muscle mass.

Just be sedentary as much as possible, and you will lose muscle mass.

You will be sorry later, if not sooner, when you are weak and fat, but whatever. Your thighs won't touch. And that's the most important thing in life. Not your health, or your actions or purpose in life. None of that is important. Just your thighs.



Just do more cardio.If you lose the muscle it will turn into flab and look worse.


Eat healthier.And muscle can turn to fat.If your body thinks it is starving it will start eating away at your muscle and it will turn to fat.
