Question: When you ask a German for advice on how to lose weight, what does he/she recommend?
When I was at a bar in Frankfurt, I was telling some German man that I was trying to lose weight. I forgot what he recommended to me. Whatever it was, he said it was a typically German way of losing weight. I have since lost weight through diet and exercise. I'm now trying to encourage my friend who won't cooperate. Since she has an affinity for German culture, I thought this might have some influence on her.

he or she might recommend changing your diet to only healthy foods ...as is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job.
