Jeans : 9-11 (depends)

please, i want to drop at least 30 pounds.
Summer's coming up, & i plan to be working out alot after i can use my leg again. (it's in a cast)

ok first of all losing 30 pounds when you are as tall as you are and you already weigh 152 puts you at a skinny unhealthy weight for your age. I would shoot for 130-135 which is only around a loss of 20 lbs. To get the body results you want diet and exercise is essential! Get plenty of exercise and outdoor activity. Take a daily multi and extra vitamin c and calcium. Eat plenty of raw fruits and veggies and plenty of lean meats such as chicken and turkey. The only grains you should consume should be whole grains and multi grains, such as whole wheat bread ect. Good luck.



Very easy, start running every mourning... Eat extremely healthy try lifting weights 2-3 times a week and i guarantee you'll see results. But if you dont exercise and snack on junk you wont get anywhere.
