Question: What would happen to your body if you only ate cheese omelette's?
I know of a child who only eats cheese omelette's and only drinks water. nutritionally, is this a bad thing ?

That is an all protein diet so is obviously deficient in everything else incl carbs and vits. Vitamin supplements would be essential but also suggest referal to nutritionist. Might be possible to put some finely chopped up veg in omlette eg spring onion or chives, herbs, tomato and/ or potato. Add a little bit at a time and see if you can increase variety and amount over time. Omelette can disguise all sorts if you are careful.
