Question: Anyone workout 2 hours a day?
If you do then can you assess my schedule:
(Example but it varies slightly each week to even-out)
M- Ultimate boot camp; Turbo fire workout
T- Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones ; Turbo Fire HIIT
W- Rest
Th-Jillian Michaels Banish Fat boost metabolism ; Turbo Fire workout
F- Ultimate boot camp ; Turbo Fire EZ 55
S- Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones; Turbo fire workout
Su- Ultimate boot camp; Core 20 (turbo fire)
So im basically just following the turbo jam schedule (they change every week) but doing other workouts on top of it (rotating between Billy Blanks Ultimate boot camp (which can be substituted with P90x plyometrics dvd, and then Jillian Michaels strength circuit dvd, and her cardio dvd.)

Thats too much, gotta give your muscles and body a break.
Try 45 minutes a day
You need to give your muscles a rest. Target different muscle groups on different days, or do this for two days, then break for one.
