Question: I've been gaining weight lately and i want to lose it and stay healthy. this is my usual eating plan.?
what should i change?
breakfast: a bowl of cherios and milk, a bagel w/butter, 2 waffles, ice tea
lunch: a ham and lettuce sandwich and water
snack: cheezits
dinner: whatever were having, but usually 2 helpings
desert: candy
i also try to go on a short walk 3 times a day and play at the park.

Answers:

Replace the bagel and waffle with fruit and the iced tea with orange juice or fat free milk.

Use wheat bread and turkey instead of ham.

Add some more fruit or nuts or a salad instead of the cheezits.

Cut out the unnecessary sugar in candy.

Try HIIT, high intensity interval training, for exercise.



I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job. Then I tried those fast weight loss, Atkins, Fasting, low carbohydrate, etc. None of them appeared to work, cuz I never have energy all the time and couldnt stay alert at work. I need something that doesn't deprive me of energy. After researching around, I couldnt find anything and was considering surgery; but it was expensive, so I lost hope. its better to stick on the protein diet and try eating lite to shrink your stomach, don't forget too drink lots of water because if you drink any soda juice or punch your going to want too eat more because the sugar and salt makes you very addicted again eating too too much that's how you gain weigh faster. too burn a lot of fat start doing power walks for 20min and start jogging for 10 min total 30min on the jogging machine whatever you called it, start doing setups on your own pace its like your personal goal if want abs and make your waist even smaller, push ups are also great. avoid eating midnight snacks that also a problem as well.



Only eat cheerios or a bagle dont eat them all together, then for snack try a fruit instead of cheezits dinner cut down on your portions instead of having to helpings, try finding something that fills you up, lunch is fine, but maybe a fruit with it, and instead of candy for dessert try angle food cake with strawberries and cool whip, it delicious!!!
