Question: How much weight will i lose if i hardly eat anything for 2days?
so im going to the beach and i dont want to lose LOADS because that is just possible but will it work/show?

You won't lose anything, you'll definitely gain it. Because after you're done hardly eating for two days and go back to regular eating your body becomes confused and tries to regulate itself and you end up gaining the weight.



I started putting on fat after university. edit: I feel like I should add you'll look sickly, not form losing weight, but your body will be tired and lack nutrients. Nutrients keep your skin healthy and glowy, without those your skin will look dull and pasty.
For now just eat fruits and vegetables, you probably won' lose weight, but at least your skin will look nice.



No. you should not go to that. noone should loose weight that way. You should really just eat a super healthy diet and work out for a certain time each day. Exersising is how yoy can really loose weight. Your not going to feel good at all with hardly any food. Goodluck. Eat food! Dont go on an empty stomach.
