Run the whole mile! Run slowly or fast, but RUN! You can do it bro. I am 13 too, I run a 5:56 mile, I used to run a 11 minute, but my life changed. You can do it, just practice running! Dont tell anyone tell you your slow, do as much as ur body can. If u want to lose weight, excersize, and dont eat much. I am 5 foot 9 160 lbs, 13 years old. Sorry dude, ur really short.

-hope this helps

Try jogging as much of the mile as you can. Take walking breaks if you have to, but don't get lazy or give up. It will increase your endurance and soon you will be jogging a mile or more with little effort, and getting fit. You don't want to do it every day though, or you could get fatigued.
I can see why you would be self-conscious about your body, but you shouldn't worry. You aren't even 100 pounds. I had friends that were a little on the heavy side when i was 13, but as we got older, they just grew taller and got skinnier naturally.
