Question: How i can keep healthy my self?
Answers:

eat fresh fruits, juices, vegetables, meals, exercise daily, take special care of your time of sleep, get up early in the morning. dont use to smoke or any drugs



eat a diet of meat and vegetables. Use fruits only as snacks once or twice every 2 days, and have nuts as a snack(usually sunflower seeds because they contain all the vitamin E you need to keep your skin healthy)


basically the meat serves you with enough protein to sustain you, the vegetables help give you essential vitamins and minerals, the fruit gives you energy when you need it, and the sunflower seeds give you vitamin E.



*How can i keep myself healthy?*
-Drink lots of water-8 glasses
-Don't eat junk food so often (every once a week)
-Eat fruit everyday
-Drink Milk
-Exercise everyday
-Keep yourself happy by socializing with people you love

:)



just do regular exercise..nothing to intense if you dont want.. even walking fast is great. If you want to be healthy just get your 5 a day and take some vitamins and minerals tablets which are only £3.00 ish... dont get obsessed though!
