Question: Would i lose weight if i starve and excercise?
Ive been starving for a week so far it looks like ts working. I want to starve and excercise at the same time so i dont lose muscle but lose fat instead.Would this work and PLZ do not say,dont do it or its unhealthy

well, starving yourself will get the job done because thats what i used to do. but if you starve yourself and work out, you are not going to have any energy and you might even pass out! i have a diet plan and its really great and you will lose wieght for sure. juss ask if your interested.



It does work until you pass out or develop a serious eating disorder. There are better ways, like eating the right portions and exercising. And if you're a teen and you're starving yourself you're killing your brain: your brain isn't fully done developing until you're twenty-one and you have to have fat to develop. Also, if you're a female and you starve, don't expect to be able to have kids or be healthy at all later on in life.



I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I'm still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job. Then I tried those fast weight loss, Atkins, Fasting, low carbohydrate, etc. None of them appeared to work, cuz I never have energy all the time and couldnt stay alert at work. I need something that doesn't deprive me of energy. After researching around, I couldnt find anything and was considering surgery; but it was expensive, so I lost hope. No it wouldn't work. You're going to keep losing muscle regardless of whether you are exercising or not. If you continue to starve yourself, you will become malnourished and end up in the hospital. Then you will be forced to gain weight. By starving yourself, once you eat again you will most likely gain more than what you have lost.

Does that sound pleasant to you at all?



If u didn't put gas in your car would it go?
If there was no wood in the fire place could u create heat?

The answer is obviously no. But if you try to put 3 pillows in one pilloow case the case would grow and grow. Too much air in a balloon will pop it.

But if u say start your fire w the proper amnt of wood and maintain it by ocassionally putting a little in when it looked low or needed fuel it would not become a giant Bon fire would it? U could even begin putting little twigs ion gradually and have a very high heat w no flame at all.

The key is to burn up...movement- excersise more and use less fuel... Gas or wood

showed us way starving bodies looked llike. Did u see any muscles on them? No or have u ever met anyone who went on a starvation type diet only to gain all theweight back and more the minute they ate a piece of celery?

Thier body went into starvation mode and thought this piece of celery or this sandwich may be the last morsel of food door a long time so let's not use it as fuel cuz we r gong to need a fat reserve to prevent death.

Eat less move more get out yr weights or whatever but think it thru. B realistic. Your body is smarter than u know and it was designed to stay alive with watever means it took. As the old saying goes... U can't fool mother nature so learn from her and. She will help not hinder



you'll lose your muscle even if you exercise because your brain (if you have) needs glucose which your body cant make from fat and your body needs make new proteins and you will not only loose the muscle of your arms and legs but also your heart and internal organs and your body eats itself and you will die



Nah, you'll lose your life. If you eat you'll lose more weight than starving yourself. Now you're body is in starvation mode and every little calorie you put into your body will be stored as fat. DO NOT workout you'll end up hurting yourself. Please eat and exercise, you'll be healthier and happier :)



My suggestion is to exercise and eat right, you know vegies and all the gross stuff people swear is good for you. If you still don't wanna eat, at least take vitamins so you don't blackout or something.



Starving and exercising would be harder to do if your muscles don't have energy, but it will be effective. Don't expect to gain muscle though.



It would work but if you starve and exercise too much you will end up getting seriously ill and fainting and in hospital probably. As soon as you eat again it will all put on you.
