Sorry but yes- that is overweight. If most of it's muscle you're probably ok, but otherwise you should try to lose a couple pounds...
Just start eating a more healthy diet with smaller portions, and try to get in at least three days of excercise a week that gets your heart rate up (if walking works, go for a half an hour walk three times a week). Promise you'll see improvements!
