Yeah right. If you haven't been eating for 6 months, you wouldn't have the energy to workout and you'd also probably be dead. Nice try though.
i will tell you this right now: will NOT lose weight by running 1 mile per day.
at most, that burns only 100 calories?
1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories. so running 1 mile is not going to do much good.
if you want to lose weight via running, you have to run for AT LEAST 30-40 minutes a day, which for most people is 3-5 miles.
