Well because your so over weight right now it wont take much to make weight come off. now to lose it faster youll have to try really hard and push your self. Start by running 5 minutes and walking 5 keep going till you have ran 30 minutes. Do this for say a month then bump it to say 7 minutes running 3 minutes walking till you've ran 30 minutes.

If you can't run 5 full minutes right now try starting at 3 minutes. You must have your heart rate up for 30 full minutes.



As the previous poster said, start out with walking. Start walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes per day, and eat healthy foods. Things to cut out of your diet include ALL fast food, sodas, sugars. Eat healthier. If you're truly serious about improving your health it is more than possible to lose 2 lbs per week.



you cannot jog enough to lose 2 lbs. per week. i mean technically speaking, you can-- but you would need to jog for like freaking over an hour per day.

not to mention, at your weight-- jogging so much is probably bad for your knees. you should weight until you're down to about 180 or so before you start jogging a lot.

a much, much, much easier way to lose 2 lbs. per week is to simply diet.

diet + moderate exercise = losing 2 lbs. per week



she would have to walk or jog 3 miles.
