there are facial exercises that you can do to keep face muscles toned. this is usually done by older people, when your young it is not necessary. if you are talking about a large change in your appearance, I do not think it is possible to do through exercise. they say smiling is a good exercise, though, and it does transform your face!



By exercising a lot YES you can. Although i do not believe there are any exercises to thin out your face, simply exercising will do the trick. My friend started working out about three times a week and her face really thinned out and she looks super great.



yes. Well your not exactly changing your face but if you lose weight, the fat around your cheeks, and dropping eyes, and forward, and all the fat in your face would be reduced. THerefore, you would see your face more naturally and ur jawline better. So people think you got prettier.



yes, you can definitely loose some fat around the face through exercise especially around the neck, but naturally everyone has some babyfat in their cheeks!



well sort of. like if you have a double chin or extra fat on ur neck you would loose that. and you may loose some weight in your checks



Not the looks but by excersizing could have the weight be lost
