Is this a high weight for a max on bicep curls?!


Question: Is this a high weight for a max on bicep curls?
My cousin keeps raging on me saying that I'm not strong and stuff, so I wanted to see how much I could curl with my right hand and I could do 45 lbs once would anyone consider that a good amount? Would you consider that a high weight that you would have to be strong to curl? I'm 18 btw and 185 lbs

if your 185 lbs.... curling 45lbs is not bad.. but its not super good.... super good would be you curling 55 - 60 lbs... 2- 4 times...

but keep at it.. you will get stronger..

and remeber big arms is about training the triceps more so then biceps it makes up most of the arm
