Fat burning exercises.. :)?!

Question: Fat burning exercises.. :)?
What are some good ones?

Answers:

To burn fat you have to run, jog or walk for on an average 2 miles. If you want to tone certain body part there are specific ones like lunges for legs and buttock, squats, weights for biceps and arms, pushups, situps etc. But, the best one is running, jogging and walking. :)

After you burn fat tone them up. Most people give up cause they first try to tone something they still have fat piled up on them and don't notice any results. Also eat healthy, eat big portions of veggies and lean meats like chicken and fish. Smoothies and fruits. Never hurts to eat something like pizza or hamburger. But, stay away from them as much as you can. As long as you keep a constant schedule to workout and have a healthy eating plan you should notice results in a month.

HIIT is proven to burn more fat, whilst retaining muscle, than normal cardio.

HIIT is pretty simple and can be done running or on a bike. For this example, I will use running.

First you jog for 1 minute 30 seconds, then you sprint as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Then you repeat that for as long as you can (probably no more than 10 minutes to start with, it's really hard).

"High Intensity Interval Training is all about speed. Speed during exercises - it's intense. Speed during workouts - usually they last less than 20 minutes and speed for results - an hiit workout will lose up to 9 times more fat than a similar cardio workout. It is mostly used for individuals trying to lose weight but the rate at which it can make you fitter makes it valuable for all types of exercise. It has a number of distinct goals and differences which make it unique."
