dinner - lean meat with 1 baked potato and a veggie

Breakfast: oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
Lunch: Nut butter (cashew, pecan, almond, walnut, etc) on ezekial bread, and celery sticks
Snack: Smoothie (kale, spinach, apple, blueberries, banana, strawberries, almond/soy/rice milk, and hemp protein powder)
Dinner: Lentils/beans/tofu and rice/quinoa
