for my health

Answers:

Not yet...but you are at the high end of optimum weight for your height.

However, many factors, not just weight and height go into whether or not someone is healthy. It depends on if your active, your waist size and how your body fat is distributed.

If you are active in sports your weight could be deceiving because it could be comprised of a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat.

If you want to know for sure ask your doctor, he will know you better and can tell you what steps to take for lifelong health.

Best wishes!

Maybe if you have high cholesterol.

Were you, like, 300 pounds a year or two ago with respiratory and circulatory difficulty???

If so, then you're probably on the right track, but I recommend plenty of soluble fiber, omega 3 fatty acids and daily exercise.

If that isn't your problem, then weighing 172 at 16 years, without taking hereditary problems into consideration, is plenty healthy.

occording to your bmi, your overweight. However, you are only a little away from a healthy weight. If you lost about 10 pounds, you'd be a healthy weight. Don't feel bad though. I know someone (gave me permission to post this) who is 4 foot 11.5 (5ft) and 183. She's healthy despite her weight. Your are healthy, just a tad overweight. That rude guy (who removed his comment about you so i had to remove my comment about him) probably weighs 299 pounds.

Don't feel bad about yourself. Your not fat. Just chubby. And Chubby and fat have nothing to do with healthy. you can be skinny and be the most unhealthy person in the world.

It's not that bad. You should weigh around 140 pounds so, yes, you are a little over weight. But it's nothing a little exercise and some fruits and vegetables can't fix.

Maybe just lose 10 pounds(:

maybe if you were 6'0'' you would be fine, try losing some weight

when they tell u to hall *** does it take 2 trips
