Question: After all, the best way to lose weight with no reboud is...?
to eat nutritious foods 3 times a day ( a decent portion each time) and do exercise?

I have been struggling with my weight ever since i was 12 years old.
I have tried more than 100 type of diets but all miserably failed.
the thing is... i was able to lose weight but then it all got back to the previous weight.
Been repeating this cycle over and over for the past 20 years.
I'm even worried my past diets affected my bone structures since I've always been losing and gainig weight.

One more question.
about slender women... why are they slender? I know this woman who eats like a guy but she is 5"5 112lbs.
is she naturally slender every since she was born?
she said she has never tried any diet before cuz she doesn't have to.
How could that happen? like i said she eats like a guy.
are there really some lucky ppl who can eat whatever they want but won't even gain 1 pound?

I have friends that are the same way. They just have very high metabolisms which allows them to eat as much as they want and what ever they want without getting fat. I excercise a lot which it why im very slender but some of the "diets" I do are i dont eat very much at meals and i snack in between on veggies or fruit. You also need to drink loads of water.. this will speed up your metabolism which in the long term will make you lose weight. And dont worry, theres not such thing as water weight.. I have asked many doctors and nutricinalists and all the ansers we NO!

Yes, do google on yo-yo dieting. The proper way is to eat healty, excersise and, if overeating, decrease calories slowly. And people are indeedborn with certain body shape, I once heard that for slender people pancreas is more active, don't know if it is true. It dosen't mean though, that you got to have a certain body shape, just that slender people don't have to work on it like rest of us



I think it's beyond dispute that there is a genetic component in matters of weight, just like with everything else you care to mention, like color of hair, or height.

The only way for a person with a tendency for obesity to loose the extra weight and keep it off is:

Re: diet, to always go for the foods that contain the most fiber, and to eat them preferably raw or with as little cooking as possible, so that they maintain their high level of fiber content.

And re: exercise, to take the type of exercise that makes the muscles of your whole body denser.

In other words, when it comes to diet it's not the amount of food, or even the amount of calories in the food that matters, it's the quality. The healthier it is, the more your body will be working properly and obesity stops being an issue. Just to give you an idea, the traditional Japanese diet is the healthiest diet in the world, containing on average 70 to 80 grams of fiber a day. In modern Western society we're eating about 10/12.

And when it comes to exercise it's not the amount of calories you're burning off with each exercise, but how strong the exercise makes the muscles in your body. The stronger it makes you, the healthier you'll be. Hope this helps.

It was so really hard for me to lose all that weight. I have tried so many products but they always left me disappointed.
