Why is my stomach getting so fat all of a sudden? How can I fix it?!

Question: Why is my stomach getting so fat all of a sudden? How can I fix it?
Usually when I'm trying to lose weight, my stomach always gets flat first. It's usually the easiest place for me to lose. I just do toe touches, and crunches, and reduce my diet. Well I started jogging and my legs are starting to look great, but my stomach is BIG. Like close to the fattest it's ever been and I don't know why. Why is it getting so much bigger when it's usually smallest. How to fix it? All help is appreciated

As we age, weight tends to stick in the abdominal area and it's not as easy to get rid of as it once was. It's great that you are exercising, but maybe incorporate some abdominal work into your fitness routine, like sit-ups. Also, they say stress tends to make fat stick to the mid-section for some reason, so try to reduce the amount of stress in your life. Good luck!

I've had a lot of experiences with crash diet program, pills, and fitness programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is focused on long term weight control is the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.
Best wishes

hi, I had this overweight issue since I cant remember. I used to take all kinds of products. Till a friend show me these tips, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt great. After going through that initial stage, which was so uplifting, I worked on developing good diet to keep off the weight. I feel great!. Here's the site: allloseweightnews.tk
