Why can't i eat normal?!

Question: Why can't i eat normal?
I can't stop thinking about food. I wake up weigh my self, go to the bathroom weigh my self again. Eat the planned breakfast (every calorie accounted for). Off to work, thinking about the gym that evening and how to burn all the calories, thinking about when and what ill have for lunch if any. thinking about the number on the scale and how to make it shrink. Try to focus on work and not think about all the numbers.

It's easy, eat right and work out right? I wish it was that simple. A slip here, a binge then purge. then a few days low cal to make up for it. It's 600-800 Calories a day or 1700-2000 Calories a day. i can't seem to balance it.

I'm sure no one will read all that or answer it, besides spammers. If you do read it what can I do??? How can I stop obsessing? I just want to think normally!!! Does Cigna cover therapy?

It's not your fault skittles!

If you are really determined to lose fat, and you absolutely should be, then you must learn about how your body works.

The most fundamental answer is to control your blood glucose/insulin levels. You have to eat low carbs. If you can't burn fat, then you have to consider that the foods you eat cause insulin surges within your body, which leads to hypoglycemia and prevents fat burn for energy. Hypoglycemia will make you crave more carbs, even after large meals.

Eat 5-6 small meals per day. Every 2-3 hours. If you feel hungry when you eat you are not only setting yourself up to eat excessively, but your body will also store more food as fat!

Another thing that must be monitored is your omega-6: omega-3 ratio. Many clinical studies today show how too much omega-6 consumed (found in vegetable oils) is a major cause for obesity and the numerous associated health complications

Don't consume foods that contain hydrogenated oils, excessive polyunsaturated fats, trans fats, and soy (except soy lecithin) Use omega-3 fish oil as a supplement. Counting calories is not the answer -- count carbs! I would need to know your age, weight, gender, and weight loss history to tell you how many carbs. If you want to find out for yourself, visit my blog and read my specific recommendations.

At this point, the type of exercise you add to your eating lifestyle is irrelevent. Just be sure to exercise a few times each week.

You will experience many positive changes with the proper eating lifestyle, including reduced anxiety/depression, better sleep, more energy, no carb/sugar cravings, rapid fat loss, better memory, improved thinking, reversing insulin resistance, etc.

Don't blame yourself for being overweight and/or obese! Misinformation is everywhere we turn, especially from most major health organizations. Learn how to get into excellent shape. Improve your health, feel better, live better. Don't wait!

Years in the fitness and health industry and many clinical studies researched.

I don't if they cover it, but you should call your Insurance company. Also, you might want to seek a counselor. Your obsession is all anorexic-like, but you probably have some sort of other condition...or a phobia.
